These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply solely to adult users residing within Bangladesh. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. uubd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication.
Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and all associated accounts will be closed immediately if this occurs. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete; uubd reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been registered with false information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, password, and verification codes strictly confidential. You are fully liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our customer support team immediately.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, submission of a copy of your National ID card or passport may be required. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.
The uubd platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Fraudulent activity, the use of software bots, system hacking, or any other unauthorised means of gaining an advantage are strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Using another user's account, placing bets on behalf of a third party, or abusing bonuses beyond the stated promotional conditions are all prohibited. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before promotional offers can be utilised; bonuses may be cancelled if these conditions are not fulfilled. Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity conducted through the platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on the uubd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. If any active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, withdrawals may be restricted until those conditions are met. In cases of suspicious transactions, uubd may request additional verification and may temporarily place the transaction on hold if necessary.
An inactivity fee may apply to balances held in accounts that have been dormant for an extended period. Users will be notified before any account closure, and arrangements will be made to return any valid remaining balance.
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements published on the uubd platform are protected by uubd's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited. Violations of these rights may result in legal action.
Uubd shall not be directly liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues on the platform. Third-party game providers are responsible for any software faults on their part. uubd is accountable solely for the operation of its own platform.
Our platform may integrate third-party games and software. The respective provider's own terms and conditions apply when using such third-party services. uubd is not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of any third-party provider.
Uubd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any reason. Account closure may occur in particular cases involving breach of Terms, fraud, deception, or unlawful activity. Where possible, users will be notified via email or platform notification prior to account closure.
These Terms may be updated at any time and will take effect from the date the revised version is published. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
